Everyone is welcome to sign up for any of my online courses. Please get in touch to book with me in person or for any further information.
These courses are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience, they all have accompanying YouTube videos with demonstrations and advice. The courses include individual tuition by email as your work progresses, courses cost £50 for 4 sessions to be taken at your own pace with no set session times or time limit.
Courses available:
Oil painting: practice oil painting at home with advice on set up, palettes, paint mixing and a demonstration of how to begin a painting
Expressive watercolour: try a simple and loose method that's very easy to put into practice
Expressive watercolour #2: using wet on wet and a variety of intuitive marks learn to create a loose and dynamic painting
Portraiture in ink: working with a brush, this method allows us to develop a portrait in transparent layers
Morandi still life (in oil): learn how to mix neutral colours and create your own subtle and balanced still life following in the footsteps of Giorgio Morandi
Perspective drawing: a practical course with simple and very effective methods everyone can apply to improve perspective in our drawings
Expressive still life in pastel: use expressive mark making and colour, working from your own still life set up at home
Pen and ink: using Indian ink and steel nib, dipping pens, learn how to create dynamic and immediate drawings from life or images
Private tuition: receive help and advice on any project you are working on
